From I-95 north:  Take exit 3A onto Route 123 toward Attleboro.  Travel approximately 1.3 miles then turn left onto County Street/ Rt. 123.  Travel approximately 1.3 miles on County Street.  After going under a railroad overpass, continue straight onto Park Street/Rt. 118.  Turn right on O’Neil Boulevard just before the Sturdy Hospital.  CSSI will be a short distance down on the right at 81 O’Neil Boulevard.

From I-95 south:  Take exit 5 for Attleboro/Plainville.  Turn left at the end of the ramp onto Robert F. Toner Boulevard.  Turn right onto N. Main Street/Rt. 152.  Travel approximately 2 miles to the intersection with Rt. 123.  Turn left onto County Street/Rt. 123.  Go under the railroad overpass and continue straight onto Park Street/Rt. 118.  Turn right on O’Neil Boulevard just before the Sturdy Hospital.  CSSI will be a short distance down on the right at 81 O’Neil Boulevard.
